This gift keeps on giving. If you are over 50 your gift of $5,000, or more, can provide you with a lifetime income while you support the Museum's endowment. Contributions to this fund are part of a stable base from which interest income is generated to sustain the Museum for the future.
You can help through:

- Gift of Stock

The Endowment is a separate, non-profit corporation professionally managed by BB & T. Contributions to the Endowment are made through outright gifts of cash or equivalents, such as stocks, securities or real estate; bequests though wills; or deferred gifts through irrevocable arrangements, such as a charitable remained trust or a charitable lead trust.
Future goals of the Endowment Board include increased support for exhibits and operations at the Virginia Living Museum, as well as, further involvement with the Capital Project and Equipment Fund.
