End of the World Party
Dec. 21, 2012:
The End of the World: Might as well go out with a party! Join us in the
Abbitt Planetarium and Observatory as we await the end of the world...or
not. Enjoy some planetarium presentations, laser shows, fun
world-ending activities (great for kids and adults alike), prize raffles
and more. Visit the Wild Side Cafe for your final dinner, snack, and
even more fun. We'll stay up until midnight and count down the last
moments of the world... or maybe not!
Observing begins
after sunset and continues throughout the night. Observing and
activities are FREE (weather and disasters permitting).
Planetarium Show Schedule
Shows: VLM members $3, non-members $6 each
Double feature $5/$10
Special End of the World Combo: Any 2 shows on the same evening and a $5 cafe gift certificate for $6 members, $12 non-members.
