June 3 Bird ID Walk and Talk

author Joe LaFleur offers and audiovisual program about common resident
and breeding birds. The program will help people identify birds by
sight and sound and will also review preferred habitats where each
species is likely to be encountered. The program will be followed by a
walk on the boardwalk to ID birds. LaFleur's DVD Field Guide contains
two hours of video and sounds for 148 birds commonly found in Virginia
and West Virginia. It is available purchase in the Wild Things Museum
Store.
Time: 3-4:30pm
Cost: Included in Museum admission, $17 adults, $13 children (ages 3-12).
