Did you know that the opossum is North America’s only “pouched mammal?”  This amazing critter has many adaptations that allow it to survive in its habitat.  And, despite all the unfortunate “roadkills” you might be familiar with, the species as a whole is thriving.  Meet a live ‘possum and join us as we explore many facets of this marvelous marsupial.
