Summer Program Registration 2012
Please use this form to register for our 2012 Summer Children's Programs. Registration is not complete until confirmed by the Reservations Coordinator. Registration deadline is seven days before the start of each program.
If paying by check, please print out this form and mail it with your check to Reservations, Virginia Living Museum, 524 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.
You may only sign up children in one grade level each time you submit this form.
Half-day programs are available for children ages 4 through grade 5. Full-day programs are available for children completing grades 4-7. There are a limited number of spaces in each session.
